All digital workbooks, guides, and downloads are non-refundable and non-returnable once purchased, since files are delivered instantly. We encourage you to review the product descriptions carefully before ordering.

🌿 Print Products (via Lulu Print-on-Demand)

Print copies of our workbooks and companions are made just for you when you order. Because of this, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective. If that happens:

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Include your order number and photos of the issue.

We’ll work with Lulu to send a replacement copy at no extra cost.
